Abstract
⺠Improved isolation of wound cells from excisional cutaneous wounds. ⺠Method allows for phenotypic characterization of abundant and rare cellular subsets at the wound site. ⺠Isolated cells retain functional capabilities and are suitable for use in functional assays.
