Abstract
âºTwo ELISA based activity assays are developed for a chimeric antibody ch14.18. âºPerformance of two methods for determining GD2 binding activity is compared. âºThe GD2 antigen coated plate ELISA has limitations due to high assay variations. âºM21/P6 cell based ELISA shows better consistency and lower variations. âºApplication of M21/P6 cell based ELISA in clinical drug development is discussed.
