Abstract
⺠Monoclonal anti-Gb3, clone 38-13, is superior to other monoclonal anti-Gb3 for detection of cell-surface Gb3. ⺠VT1B conjugated to a fluorochrome provides optimal detection of cell-surface Gb3. ⺠Crossreactivity of VT1B with Gb4 can occur when Gb4 levels are very high.
