Abstract
⺠Isolated from cancer cells immunized llama. ⺠Recognizes recombinant and native CEACAM6 antigen. ⺠Has a very high affinity (5 nM) to the antigen. ⺠Blocks pancreatic cancer cell proliferation. ⺠Gives a good in vivo image in mouse model of pancreatic cancer.
