Abstract
⺠A total number of 110 generated hybridoma cells were screened for specific antibodies. ⺠Different techniques were compared to identify specific monoclonal antibodies. ⺠A new automated flow-through direct chemiluminescence immunoassay was developed. ⺠The new method was very fast, sensitive and used only nL-volume of supernatant. ⺠Six high affine antibodies with different cross-reactivities were identified.
