Abstract
⺠ADAM17 implicates in many physiological processes. ⺠Using hybridoma technology, we generated three monoclonal antibodies against ADAM17. ⺠The specificity of the antibodies was test by FACS, ELISA and WB. ⺠We developed sandwich ELISA to detect and quantify human and murine ADAM17.
