Abstract

âº Phenotypes of CD154-expressing T cells mirror long-term cultured T cell phenotypes. âº 8-day cultures show highest statistical power to detect phenotypical differences. âº Phenotypes of enriched T cell lines are similar to those of 8-day cultured PBMCs.
