Abstract
⺠A tool for screening of antibodies suitable for antibody-drug conjugate development. ⺠Exotoxin A was fused to a domain antibody specific for human kappa light chains. ⺠Antibody candidates were successfully identified using a-kappa-ETA'. ⺠Candidate antibodies were converted to immunotoxins exerting high cytotoxicity.
