Abstract
⺠We outline a systematic approach to assess surface regeneration conditions for biosensor experiments. ⺠A single automated seven-step experiment assesses one, two, and three regeneration cycles between injections of analyte. ⺠Results from the seven-step sequence aid in selecting subsequent regeneration conditions to test, if necessary. ⺠As an example, the method determined an unconventional six-pulse regeneration for a difficult antigen/antibody system. ⺠The technique can be applied to any biosensor assay that requires regeneration of a surface.
