Abstract
⺠We conducted a multicentric study of new methods for oligoclonal band detection. ⺠We assessed the accuracy of these methods for MS diagnosis. ⺠They showed high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility. ⺠The use alkaline phosphatase detection showed the highest concordance. ⺠This method improves the reproducibility of oligoclonal band detection.
