Abstract
Consider a finite family of nonexpansive mappings which are defined on a closed convex subset of a Hilbert space HH. Suppose the set of common fixed points of this family is nonempty. We then address the problem of finding the minimum-norm element of this common fixed point set. We introduce both cyclic and parallel iteration methods to find this minimal-norm element.
