Abstract
In this paper we prove that locally asymptotically equivalent non-autonomous dynamical systems share the same semi-uniform global attractor. Then we apply this abstract result to nonlinear differential equations. In particular, we show that the semi-uniform global behavior of differential equations with time-varying delays is robust with respect to certain types of perturbations in time delays.
