Abstract
VEGF-SPECT could visualise all known melanoma lesions. A single dose of bevacizumab slightly lowered 111In-bevacizumab uptake. Future studies should elucidate the role of VEGF-SPECT in the selection of patients and the individual dosing of bevacizumab treatment.
