Abstract
We construct an equation for amorphous surface growth due to some deposition process within the level set approach and derive a unique viscosity solution to this equation. From a source, particles deposit on the initial hypersurface Î0 in any direction and diffuse on the hypersurface. For each time t we define thereby a hypersurface Ît.
