Abstract
In part I of this paper focusing on a further development of the well-known algorithms for deriving theorems of the method of Lyapunov vector functions, we suggested the reduction method as a logical technique for formulating hypotheses. This part illustrates its implementation in qualitative analysis of the various properties of dynamical systems represented as systems of motions, differential equations, and automata models with different depths of delays.
