Abstract
RGWE inhibits MEK-ERK1/2 phosphorylation in HUVEC. MEK-ERK1/2 phosphorylation is a key point in the intracellular signaling pathway leading from VEGF receptor activation to angiogenesis and vasculogenesis and its inhibition may represent an interesting way to limit excessive blood vessels neoformation.154
