Abstract
Most lung adenocarcinomas from never-smokers harbor targetable mutation/co-mutations. In the absence of EGFR mutation that drives 40% of these tumors, EGFR wildtype tumors appear to develop by acquiring aberrant promoter methylation that silences tumor-suppressor genes.
