Abstract
âºDNA methylation in 200 children from two regions in the Czech Republic was analyzed. ⺠Both regions differed in concentrations of air pollutants. ⺠The Human Methylation 27K BeadChips were used in this study. ⺠An impact of different environmental conditions on DNA methylation was found. ⺠Gender, cotinine, and pregnancy-related factors affected DNA methylation.
