Abstract
⺠Somatic mutations were induced in sugar beet using gamma radiation. ⺠Drought-tolerant sugar beet mutants were obtained via in vitro mutagenesis. ⺠The genetic differences were detected using both ISSR and SDS-PAGE analysis.
