Abstract
⺠Fractionated irradiation induces radioresistance in lung carcinoma A549 cells. ⺠Fractionated irradiation up-regulates survival/repair pathways in cancer cells. ⺠The reason for radioresistance could be the activation of DNA repair pathways. ⺠Rad52 gene is an important factor modulating radioresistance in A549 cells.
