Abstract
⺠Black soybean seed coat extract (BE) inhibited B(a)P-induced genotoxicity. ⺠Cyanidin 3-glucoside and procyanidins in BE contributed to the anti-genotoxicity. ⺠Cyanidin 3-glucoside and procyanidins decreased B(a)P-induced CYP1A1 expression. ⺠Cyanidin 3-glucoside and procyanidins increased GSTs expression.
