Abstract
⺠We investigates the effects of CLb on cDDP-induced DNA damage and oxidative stress. ⺠We used micronucleus test and comet assay to asses DNA damage. ⺠TBARS, CAT and GSH levels were used to assess oxidative stress. ⺠CLbreduced the cDDP-induced genotoxicity ⺠Lipid peroxidation induced by cDDP was strongly attenuated by CLb.
