Abstract
⺠We examine information regarding DNA repair during in utero development. ⺠Most data represent the expression of DNA repair genes in rodents. ⺠Other data demonstrate enhanced or decreased DNA repair during in utero development. ⺠A complete understanding of DNA repair by the conceptus is not clear. ⺠Extrapolating rodent in utero repair data may inform human health risk assessments.
