Abstract
⺠TGP decreased percentage and number of Th1 and Th17 cells in CIA mice. ⺠TGP attenuated phosphorylation of STAT1 and STAT3 of T cells from CIA mice. ⺠TGP inhibited DCs maturation and reduced production of IL-12 and IL-6. ⺠TGP reduced percentage and number of maturated DCs, Th1 and Th17 in RA patients.
