Abstract
⺠Polycytostatic treatment results in suppression of tumor growth in mice. ⺠Human DNA preparation significantly enhances anticancer effects of cytostatic drugs. ⺠Co-treatment with human DNA and cytostatics activates dendritic cell maturation. ⺠DNA-activated mature dendritic cells induce development of adaptive immunity. ⺠Combined therapy increases the number of CD8+/perforin+ T cells in peripheral blood.
