Abstract
⺠We investigate the necessity of cancer cell markers on NK cell cytotoxicity. ⺠We found that more susceptible cancer cell lines express more NKG2D ligands. ⺠The killing activity of NK cell was abolished by addition of a NKG2D antibody. ⺠NK cell cytolytic activity was increased by upregulating of NKG2D ligands expression.
