Abstract
⺠We use a nucleofection technique for delivering DNA vaccines into hMoDCs. ⺠We examine the impact of this delivery method on hMoDCs. ⺠The nucleofection promotes the activation and maturation of hMoDCs. ⺠Welfare effects depend on dosage of the plasmid and its retention time. ⺠Non-specific changes happen during the electroporation.
