Abstract
⺠The association between P2RX7 gene SNPs and SLE or RA was evaluated. ⺠489 C > T and 1096 C > G SNPs of P2RX7 gene are not associated to SLE or RA. ⺠489 C > T SNP of P2X7 is associated with altered responses to ATP in RA patients.
