Abstract
⺠RAW264.7 cells stably expressing Aire are established. ⺠Aire affects the expression of TLRs in macrophages. ⺠Aire can interact with the TLR1, TLR3, and TLR8 promoters. ⺠Aire increases the transcriptional activity of TLR1, TLR3, and TLR8 promoters. ⺠Stimulation with ligands of TLR1 or TLR3 can increase target gene products.
