Abstract
(A) Graphical description of the manufacturing procedure. CD45RA+ cells are depleted from starting material (DLI) by using the GMP-compliant CD45RA CliniMACS Reagent and the automatic cell separator CliniMACS Prodigy Instrument. The resulting CD45RA-depleted (Target) and CD45RA+ (Non-Target) fractions as well as the cells of the starting material (DLI) were analyzed for their cellular composition, their allo-reactive potential and the existence of antigen-specific T cells. (B) Timeline of the depletion process. White, gray and black shading marks manual, automatic-supervised and autonomous preparation steps, respectively.
