Abstract
- iPSCs are stem cells that are artificially produced using a new technology known as cellular reprogramming.
- The development of hiPS cells has resulted in the generation of new, promising in vitro models of infertility diseases with the use of patient-specific stem cells.
- Because the effect of inducers on the differentiation of iPSCs into male germ cells was not specifically addressed in the literature, we investigated that subject.
