Abstract
- We have demonstrated the efficient effectiveness of MenSCs in the restoration of acute liver failure in mice model, even with higher capability in comparison with BMSCs, such some assessed parameters especially biochemical and molecular markers implied better regeneration.
- The migration and engraftment of MenSCs (diff or undiff forms) into injured areas of host's liver have been exhibited here.
- The in vitro induction of stem cells into hepatocyte-progenitor cells could improve regeneration of the acute liver failure.
- The greater suppression of inflammatory markers post transplantation of MenSCs compared to BMSCs narrates more-immunomodulatory properties of MenSCs.
