Abstract
The cryoglobulins determination and characterisation methods improved dramatically these last few years due to a better collection and processing conditions. The information given by this analysis is very important for the physician to explain several clinical features such as cutaneous, renal or neurological manifestations. They can help also to the diagnostic of malignant haematological disorder, connective tissue diseases or infection processes with Hepatitis C Virus. We describe very precisely the methodology used in our biochemical laboratory. These conditions could be very easily transposed into most of laboratories. All of these analytical conditions could be quickly realized without heavy charges. The propositions we made are in harmony with the laboratory quality process.
