Abstract
The quality controls are used in a daily way in our laboratories. Several methods can be used to ensure the follow-up and the exploitation of it. They put back on the statistical exploitation of the data illustrated by still called charts control charts. The bibliographical analysis enables us to count three principal: charts of Shewart (or charts of Levey-Jennings), charts CUSUM and charts of moving average (balanced or not). Each one of them was tested in a retrospective way, on series of controls carried out at the laboratory. These methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. With the sight of our experiment and within the framework of a daily use of routine, we chose the charts of Shewart for the description of brutal shifts and the charts of moving average to assess the evolutionary trend of our controls.
