This paper considers the derivation of the relations existing between the incident, reflected (refracted) wavefronts and the reflecting surface (surface of discontinuity) by making use of the most unambiguous generalized vectorial laws of reflection and refraction developed by the author in 2015. The cases of reflection of a plane wavefront by plane as well as convex reflecting surfaces have been considered along with the cases of refraction of a plane wavefront by plane as well as concave spherical surfaces of discontinuity for the derivation of the concerned relations. All the relations offered are being claimed to be novel and the relations derived in cases of reflection (refraction) of a plane wavefront by a plane reflecting surface (plane surface of discontinuity) appear to be the most simple and elegant.
