Abstract
⺠Perivascular adipose tissue (PAT) affects cardiovascular disease (CVD) development. ⺠PAT-secreted Angptl2 (PAT-Angptl2) accelerates neointimal hyperplasia. ⺠PAT-Angptl2 accelerates inflammation and ECM degradation activity in vessels. ⺠Imbalance of inflammatory homeostasis in vessels accelerates CVD development.
