Abstract
⺠RIC promotes cytokines expression and drives the homing of infused cells to heart. ⺠Blockade with a CXCR4-specific antibody markedly attenuated the benefit of RIC. ⺠Priming the heart with RIC is an adjunctive approach for intravenous cell delivery.
