Abstract
⺠Human native Ito from atrial myocytes exhibited steep temperature sensitivity. ⺠The influence of β-subunits on Kv4.3 channel kinetics was dependent on temperature. ⺠A Markov state model was developed by incorporating temperature dependency. ⺠The high temperature sensitivity of human Ito could be not mimicked in CHO cells. ⺠Kinetics of native Ito at 37 °C were reproducible with Kv4.3/KChIP2, KCNE2 and DPP6.
