Abstract
⺠Reducing individual Drosophila p24 proteins results in developmental lethality. ⺠Drosophila p24 proteins function in female fecundity and male fertility. ⺠Adult neural expression of LOJ, ECA or CHOp24 is required for egg deposition. ⺠LOJ expression in octopaminergic or peptidergic neurons rescues loj mutant oviposition defects.
