Abstract
⺠Circadian changes in ACTH and CORT are associated with the circadian expression StAR, SF-1, DAX1, Nurr77, MC2R and MRAP. ⺠StAR, SF-1, Nurr77 and MRAP circadian peak occurs in the evening, DAX1 and MC2R circadian peak occurs in the morning. ⺠Exposure to constant light for 5 weeks disrupts circadian rhythm of CORT. ⺠These effects are associated with changes in circadian rhythm of StAR, SF-1, DAX1, Nurr77, MC2R and MRAP.
