Abstract
⺠SF-1 is dynamically localized to both the nucleus and the centrosome. ⺠SF-1 moves to different compartments of the nucleus depending on its modification types. ⺠In the centrosome SF-1 regulates centrosome homeostasis by preventing aberrant DNA-PK activation. ⺠SF-1 controls cell growth from both the nucleus and the centrosome.
