Abstract
⺠hCG promotes MKP-3 gene transcription in MA-10 Leydig cells via PKA and ERK. ⺠hCG up-regulates MKP-3 at post-translational level in MA-10 Leydig cells. ⺠cAMP induces a transient increase in p21 mRNA levels in MA-10 cells. ⺠The cAMP-dependent increase in p21 mRNA levels is modulated by MKP-3 expression.
