Abstract
⺠Systemic administration of LPS induces inflammation in the adrenal gland. ⺠LPS induces endothelial inflammation and dysfunction in the adrenal gland. ⺠LPS administration induces expression of various chemokines in the adrenal gland. ⺠Increased chemokines expression associates with leukocyte recruitment into adrenal. ⺠LPS-mediated adrenal gland inflammation associates with increased apoptosis rate.
