Abstract
⺠The transcription factor c-Myb interacts with the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). ⺠The knockdown of c-Myb reduces the levels of GR transcripts and protein. ⺠The knockdown of c-Myb lowers the levels of GR promoter 1C and 1D transcripts. ⺠The knockdown of c-Myb blunts the autoupregulation of GR promoters 1C and 1D. ⺠Reduced c-Myb levels, by itself, decreases cell viability.
