Abstract
⺠Epidermal growth factor stimulates expression of all activin subunits in the zebrafish ovary. ⺠EGF regulates activin subunits via diverse signaling pathways in the follicle cells. ⺠EGF stimulation of inhbaa and inhbb involves MAPK, p38 MAPK, PKC and PKA pathways. ⺠EGF stimulation of inhbab involves PI3K/Akt pathway.
