Abstract
⺠Bisphosphonates and statins increase OPG expression. ⺠Bisphosphonates and statins inhibit the expression of CD9, M-CSF, and RANKL. ⺠Bisphosphonates and statins suppressed Ras signallings and activated p38MAPK. ⺠Future studies on the clinical application of this new finding are expected.
