Abstract
⺠We examine innate and adaptive immunity in the female reproductive tract (FRT). ⺠We define the role of sex hormones in regulating FRT mucosal immunity. ⺠Endocrine disruptors alter disease susceptibility in the FRT. ⺠Reproductive health depends on understanding how endocrine disruptors work. ⺠Information about endocrine disruptors will increase reproductive health.
