Abstract
⺠We demonstrate Angptl2 as a novel Foxo1 target gene in adipocytes. ⺠We characterize the main transcriptional start site of mouse Angptl2 gene and its promoter. ⺠Foxo1 binds to the IRE sits within Angptl2 promoter. ⺠TNF-α upregulates Angptl2 expression via PI3K/Foxo1 pathway in 3T3-L1 adipocytes.
