Abstract
⺠We tested 2 doses of non-adjuvanted H1N1pdm2009 vaccine in kidney transplant recipients. ⺠Antibody titers and seroprotection increased significantly at D42 and 6 months. ⺠Specific regulatory requirements should be developed for transplant recipients. ⺠A weak HA-specific T cell response was detected in kidney transplant recipients. ⺠Vaccination was safe with stable DSA and creatinine clearance throughout the study.
