Abstract
⺠HIV-1 HLA-A2T cell epitopes selected based on conservation and immunogenicity. ⺠The balanced immunoinformatics approach produced 38 HLA-A2T cell epitopes for HIV-1. ⺠HIV-1 HLA-A2T cell epitopes were validated across time, clades and geography. ⺠T cell epitopes for inclusion in a globally relevant GAIA HIV vaccine.
